Order your yearbook here. Yearbooks are $22.00 each. Online ordering will be closed on April 7th.
Students use ClassLink to access various applications for classes. In order to login, please refer to the printed schedule provided to you at registration, for your student's ID#. You will need this ID# for your child's username and password format.
2023-2024 TK & Kindergarten Registration
Summer Lake Office
Pick up a registration packet in the school office.
Your student must be 5 on or before September 1, 2023 to attend kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year. A student whose fifth birthday falls between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024 will be placed in a transitional kindergarten class. Please note that we will not know which sites will have TK classes until May.
The following documentation is required for kinder and transitional kinder registration:
· Current immunization records
· Birth certificate (Original only, no copies)
· Two current and different proofs of residence (utility bills, escrow papers, property tax bill)

2022-2023 MEAL APPLICATIONS
School Meals are Free for the 2022-2023 School Year for ALL students. No application is necessary for students to receive a meal.
However, classroom funding is still reliant on the demographics of student population; which is gathered from the School Funding Data Collections Form
To help us ensure adequate funding is available to support educational programs that directly benefit your student, OUSED is asking that all families complete the short form so we have the most accurate data possible. You can access the short form by visiting the website:

The EBB is providing a temporary discount of up to $50 on monthly broadband bills and up to $100 on device purchases to qualifying families.

Affordable Connectivity Program
The FCC has launched the Affordable Connectivity Program
(ACP) which helps low-income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices; the $14.2 billion successor to the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program.
Eligible households to receive:
- Discounts up to $30 per month on internet service
- Discounts up to $75 per month on internet service if the household is on qualifying tribal lands
- A one-time discount up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers (with a co-payment of more than $10 and less than $50)
